Week-end-ul acesta şi week-end-ul următor, constănţenii îşi vor putea testa gratuit tensiunea arterială şi indicele de masă corporală. Testele vor fi realizate de personal medical specializat, în Galeria Real de pe bd-ul Aurel Vlaicu nr. 168, între orele 11,00 şi 17,00. Campania se desfăşoară cu prilejul Zilei Inimii şi este organiză de Galeria Real, împreună cu reţeaua de farmacii Sensiblu şi Medco. „La prima ediţie a «Zilei Inimii» din Galeriile Real, cea din 2011, am testat peste 4.000 de persoane în două zile. Anul acesta vom dedica două week-end-uri acestui proiect, întrucât clienţii noştri sunt dornici să afle despre sănătatea lor”, a declarat Ioana Laura Paşca, director marketing Galeria Real. Conform studiilor, România ocupă locul al treilea în lume în ceea ce priveşte decesul din cauza bolilor cardiovasculare, 62% dintre români mor din cauza bolilor de inimă. „Scopul campaniei «Ziua Inimii» este să încurajăm românii să adopte un stil de viaţă sănătos. Vrem, de asemenea, să-i facem pe oameni să conştientizeze riscul pe care îl reprezintă bolile cardiovasculare şi să ştie că acestea pot fi prevenite”, a mai spus Dan Nicolescu, director marketing Sensiblu. Campania se desfăşoară simultan, în 13 locaţii din 11 oraşe. „Ziua Inimii” este un eveniment marcat internaţional în ultima duminică din septembrie prin campanii de educare şi testare a populaţiei.
