Tratamentul natural pentru a scăpa de eczeme

Eczema este o afecţiune cutanată alergică, caracterizată prin crize eruptive şi inflamatorii, superficiale. Aceasta prezintă eritem, edem, papule, vezicule, scuame şi cruste, cu tendinţe de extindere. Eczema poate recidiva, chiar dacă s-a vindecat complet şi poate avea numeroase puseuri de cronicizare.

Tratamentul fito-terapeutic s-a dovedit a fi extrem de eficient în vindecarea eczemei, dar şi în diminuarea riscului de recidivă. Pentru uz intern, specialiştii recomandă plante cu acţiune calmantă, iar pentru uz extern, specii de plante cu acţiune antiseptică cicatrizantă şi emolientă.

Alimentele interzise în cazul eczemei cronice sunt carnea, crustaceele, conservele, cafeaua, alcoolul, ceaiul, dulciurile, etc.

„Pentru eczeme acute se recomandă gemoderivatele de coacăz negru şi ulm, dar şi cele de nuc, în cazul leziunilor infectate. Dacă eczema este alergică este indicată combinaţia dintre coacăz negru şi rozmarin. Pentru eczemele cronice se foloseşte tinctură de păpădie şi ceaiul de muşeţel, soc, rădăcina de brusture, tei, coada şoricelului, etc. Local se pot aplica unguente cu acţiune calmantă şi antiseptică”, precizează dr. Mirela Stângaciu, fitoterapeut.
