Sarcina este unul dintre cele mai emoţionante, impresionante şi fericite momente din viaţa viitoarei mămici. Primul trimestru de sarcină se calculează de la momentul ultimei ovulaţii până la finalul săptămânii 12 de sarcină. Pentru multe mămici, mai ales pentru acelea care se află la prima experienţă maternă, trimestrul I de sarcină poate părea cel mai important, emoţionat şi dificil deopotrivă. Este perioada în care află vestea ce mare, în care în sufletul ei încolţeşte sentimentul matern, gândul că va fi mamă.
De asemenea, primul trimestru de sarcină din această adevarată călătorie prin săptămânile de sarcină este extrem de important pentru felul în care se dezvoltă mica fiinţă care a prins viaţă în burtica mamei. TRIMESTRUL II DE SARCINĂ
Această perioadă este cunoscută şi sub numele de trimestrul de miere, datorită experienţelor şi transformărilor uluitoare prin care vor trece atât mama cât şi copilul. Trimestrul al doilea de sarcină începe din saptămâna 14 şi este calculat până în săptămâna 27.
Cele şapte săptămâni sunt cele mai frumoase, relaxante şi cu emoţionate. Poţi spune deja adio semnelor supărătoare ale sarcinii, cum ar fi greaţa, oboseala, anxietatea sau toanele, iar în locul lor se reinstalează buna dispoziţie şi, mai ales, pofta nebună de sex (datorită libidoului extrem de crescut).
De asemenea, este perioada în care afli şi cum vei decora camera bebeluşului, în roz sau în albastru.

TRIMESTRUL III DE SARCINĂ
Este ultima etapă a emoţionantei călătorii spre destinaţia finală: a fi mamă. Dacă trimestrul II a fost unul relaxant, plăcut, să ştii că în această perioadă lucrurile se vor schimba. Odată cu aproprierea termenului, devii tot mai agitată şi grijile şi teama încep să te copleşească.
