2 linguri cocos+2 linguri zahăr tos
Cum preparăm...
Frecăm untul cu zahărul pudră, apoi adaugăm gălbenuşurile. Adăugam esenţa de vanilie şi omogenizăm compoziţia. Adăugăm făina, cocosul şi praful de copt şi mixăm până vom obţine un aluat tare şi sfărâmicios. Adăugam laptele rece puţin câte puţin până ajungem la consistenţa optimă. Aluatul trebuie să fie ca o cremă mai grosuţă. Punem aluatul într-un dui cu cap stea şi formăm fursecurile în tava tapetată cu forma de copt.
Presărăm deasupra cocos amestecat cu zahăr tos. Dam tava la frigider câteva minute, timp în care preîncălzim cuptorul. Cel mai indicat ar fi să le daţi la congelator, îşi vor păstra mai bine forma.
Coacem fursecurile 10 minute la 150 grade, atât cât să se rumeneasca uşor pe margini. merg foarte bine cu ceai sau cafea.
