Se pune în robotul de bucătărie împreuna cu untul 80 gr, sare şi piper apoi se mixează pănă obţinem o pastă fină.
Separat se topeşte restul de unt, se pune pateul în boluri micuţe apoi se toarnă untul topit deasupra pentru a preveni oxidarea .
Se păstreaza la frigider maxim 2 zile, acoperit cu folie alimentară.
